OUaT Spoiler Alert: I never seen that coming. I didn’t expect Dr. Whales to be Dr. Frankenstein! Can’t handle this right now…
Angels Take Manhattan
Let’s start with the fact that the Statue of Liberty is a damn angel! A massive damn angel that they couldn’t escape from, unless they jumped. However, I do not get the reason why everyone is saying they died, or that the writers killed them off. Technically they did not die, they lived a long and happy life together, the way they were meant to. The last centurion, and the girl who waited lived happily ever after together. The biggest adventure sometimes is just living life. Even in the letter to the Doctor she said they were happy. This is one of my favorites.
The Power of Three
I resent them for getting my hopes up that Rory and Amy may stay with the Doctor in the TARDIS. Amy said, “It was also when we realize something the Shakri never understood cube actually means, the power of three.” I also loved that the cubes though they were harmful, were still cubes of hope. I love that Brian had so much faith in the Doctor and pushes his children to go with him. On the other hand knowing what comes in the next episode makes me really heart broken. I think in this episode we found out quite a bit about the doctor this episode to. I really liked this one.
A Town Called Mercy
This was one of my least favorite episodes. I found it somewhat boring, and plain. Doctor Who has been one of those shows I watch for the fanciful ideas. This one fell short of expectation. I do love the whole redemption that the cyborg gets by becoming the sheriff of Mercy.
